Frequently Asked Questions in Barcelona
How does spa booking software improve therapist utilization in Barcelona?+
The AI agent understands individual therapist credentials, services they can perform, and shift timings. It automatically routes and packs appointments tightly, preventing gaps and maximizing daily revenue.
Is it possible to secure weekend spa bookings with deposits?+
Yes. You can configure rules to only charge deposits during high-demand weekend slots while keeping weekday bookings free. The AI receptionist handles these logic gates seamlessly in chat.
How does the AI receptionist handle spa packages and custom durations?+
The AI is fully trained on your dynamic service catalog. It handles multi-service packages (e.g., Massage + Facial) by calculating combined durations and matching them with a therapist qualified in both treatments.
Can clients in Barcelona book a spa slot outside normal hours?+
Yes. A client browsing on their phone at midnight Madrid time can still check therapist availability and lock in a slot on WhatsApp — the booking is waiting in your calendar, confirmed, before your desk even opens the next morning.
