How to get started with Intellibook AI

You only need two simple things before starting. Everything else is configured step-by-step inside your dashboard.

Before you begin — what you need

Just two things. Both are free and you already have them available.

A Personal Facebook Account

Common

Used exclusively to verify your business identity with Meta. You do not need a Facebook Business page or paid advertiser account.

A Dedicated Business Phone Number

Required

The number clients will WhatsApp to book appointments. It can be any mobile number capable of receiving an SMS OTP.

Already using WhatsApp Business app?

Meta supports Coexistence: keep using your WhatsApp Business phone app for manual chats while Intellibook AI handles automated bookings concurrently.

1Ensure the number is registered on the WhatsApp Business mobile app first.
2Choose “Connect your existing WhatsApp Business app” during setup.
3Enter the verification OTP code sent to your phone to link them together.

That is all you need

Your WhatsApp Business API verification, AI receptionist configuration, and calendar sync are set up automatically during dashboard onboarding.

Setting up Intellibook AI

Once you have your Facebook account and number ready, setup takes less than 30 minutes.

Create your Intellibook AI account

Sign up with your business email. Your dashboard is ready immediately with full feature access.

Connect your WhatsApp number

~5 min

In your dashboard, go to Settings → click 'Connect WhatsApp'. A Meta popup opens — log in with your personal Facebook account, verify your phone number via OTP, and your WhatsApp Business Account is linked automatically.

Add your services, staff & hours

~15 min

Add the services you offer with pricing, your staff members and specialists, and your business operating hours. The AI uses this data to handle bookings accurately.

Test and go live

~5 min

Send a test WhatsApp message to your business number and book an appointment. Once satisfied, you're live — the AI handles all inquiries 24/7.
