Terms of Service for Intellibook AI Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the Intellibook AI software, dashboard, and WhatsApp integration (the “Service”), you enter into a legally binding agreement with PUTTAPPA SAMPATHKUMAR (“Company,” “we,” “us”). If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Permitted Use License
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our platform to manage appointment bookings and automated WhatsApp client communications. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying code of Intellibook AI
- Use the Service to transmit unsolicited spam or violate WhatsApp / Meta Business Policies
- Scrape or programmatically harvest customer data from other users on our marketplace
- Resell, sublicense, or rent access to the platform without prior written consent
3. Service Level & Reliability
Intellibook AI uses enterprise-grade hosting and official Meta Cloud APIs to ensure high availability. While we strive for 99.9% service uptime, we cannot be held liable for third-party network outages, local telecom disruptions, or temporary maintenance by Meta or Google APIs.
4. User Responsibilities
As an account holder, you agree to:
- Provide truthful and accurate business and staff scheduling parameters
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Honor bookings confirmed by the AI receptionist according to your stated policies
- Comply with all applicable local medical, salon, or commercial licensing laws
5. Subscription Billing & Fair Use
Intellibook AI subscriptions renew on a monthly or annual basis based on your chosen tier. Message allowances and AI conversation volumes are subject to fair use limits outlined in your subscription plan.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India for any disputes arising under this agreement.
